Team days, onboarding weeks and national occasions, across all seven emirates. We bring everything.
Enquire on WhatsAppWe have run more than a thousand workshops since 2022, and a substantial share of them have been for organisations rather than individuals — government entities, professional services firms and corporate teams across the UAE. What makes clay work for a team day is simple: nobody is good at it, so the usual hierarchy in the room stops applying for two hours.
You choose the format — hand building, ceramic painting or candle making — and whether it happens at our studio in Ras Al Khaimah or at your office. We bring clay or bisque, tools, aprons and table protection, set up, run the session, and clear everything away. Your team makes something with their hands, and a few weeks later the finished pieces arrive back at your office.
Most corporate activities either require people to perform in front of colleagues or ask them to compete. Clay does neither. It is absorbing enough that conversation happens sideways rather than face-on, which is the condition under which people who do not normally talk to each other actually do. It also produces an object — something that sits on a desk long after the day is over.
For teams in the UAE there is a further dimension: the material and the patterns connect to the region rather than being imported wholesale from elsewhere. That matters for national occasions, and it matters for mixed international teams who want to understand where they are working.
Yes — we run sessions across all seven emirates and have worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Fujairah as well as at home in RAK. We bring everything with us: clay or bisque, tools, aprons, table protection and the studio team. All we need from you is tables, chairs and access to a sink if one is available.
At the studio in Sheikh Khalifa City we seat up to twenty. For on-site corporate events the number is far higher because we set up in your space — we have run sessions for large teams by working in rotations across an afternoon. Tell us your headcount and the room you have and we will tell you what is realistic.
We take everything back to the studio, glaze and fire it, and return the finished pieces to your office in one delivery, usually two to three weeks later. Each piece is labelled with its maker's name. For teams this second moment matters more than people expect — the pieces arrive weeks after the event and the day gets remembered all over again.
Yes. We regularly build sessions around national occasions, onboarding weeks, and end-of-year appreciation, and we can incorporate a logo or a theme into the pieces and the packaging. Sadu-inspired patterns and other regionally rooted designs are popular for Emirati national occasions. Tell us the occasion and we will propose a format.
Send us your headcount, date and city.
